Hi, I’m Samia. I’m a chef and creative strategist working at the intersection of food, systems, and storytelling. My background spans engineering, design thinking, restaurant kitchens, and NYC food startups, which means I understand both the craft of cooking and the nuances that go into running a food business, behind the scenes and in real time.
Today, my work ranges from curated private dining and teaching cooking classes to brand strategy, content creation, and consulting for food businesses. I’m driven by a love of good food and a deep respect for the people who make it, and I’m here to help build careers and businesses that are sustainable, fulfilling, and worth the effort.
