I'm Samia: a chef & consultant based in New York City. My background spans engineering, design thinking, restaurant kitchens, and NYC food startups. I studied sushi internationally at the Tokyo Sushi Academy, and I understand both the craft of cooking and what it actually takes to build something in this industry.

My work ranges from private dining and business consulting to content creation and brand strategy. I care deeply about the people who work in food, and my goal is to help them build careers and businesses that are sustainable, fulfilling, and worth the effort — while continuing to expand my own identity as a chef.
