The Problem
Externally
The website was not successfully reaching a broad enough audience of potential customers, additionally, many individuals did not have an accurate or clear understanding of the business when they reached out to inquire about its services.
Internally
The agency that initially designed the website did so in a way that made it nearly impossible to make major adjustments to the layout and content. They also owned the back-end code that was used to build the site.

2. Differentiation by Locations
Before
Original Design Flaw: Initially, the locations page was too focused on just providing the address of each facility. This created a problem because each facility offers different services, and users couldn't easily discern which locations were best suited for their business needs.
After
Improved Design Solution: In the new design, each location is prominently featured at the top of the page. With a simple click, users are smoothly guided to the corresponding section, where they can quickly view the specific rental options available at that facility, explore photos, take a virtual tour, or easily book an in-person tour with our team. This comprehensive redesign not only enhances user experience but also significantly shortens the time needed to convert a sales lead into a closed deal.
3. Humanizing the Brand
The key to understanding Nimbus as a company is understanding how different people use the kitchens. To effectively convey this I produced several videos featuring members talking about their businesses and included a corresponding video in each page, as well as building out a “Members” page, highlighting these business owners and more.
